"Because of the demands of my life at home (much of my time is spent helping my sixteen-year-old daughter, who has cerebral palsy, find her own path in life, using her own strengths and talents), time to write has been scarce for me. Being at Soapstone allowed me to claim my own schedule, to take ownership of my own time. This is enormously empowering."
